Can someone suggest reasonable kernel config values (presumably under APM) so that suspend/resume won't freeze a Dell Inspiron 3500? I am building kernel 2.2.17 from source, and have been having that problem. If you have this working, what values do you have in the kernel config for:
CONFIG_APM CONFIG_APM_DISABLE_BY_DEFAULT CONFIG_APM_IGNORE_USER_SUSPEND CONFIG_APM_DO_ENABLE CONFIG_APM_CPU_IDLE CONFIG_APM_DISPLAY_BLANK CONFIG_APM_IGNORE_SUSPEND_BOUNCE CONFIG_APM_RTC_IS_GMT CONFIG_APM_ALLOW_INTS CONFIG_APM_REAL_MODE_POWER_OFF Thanks much!!
