Anyway after along night (i am now sick and coghing) i decided to re-install rehhat right and see what it was doing. so any way after re-installing i copied /etc to my windows partition so i would have access to it when i was running debian
anyway the proble was that when cardmgr would proble it would have when it PROBE 0x1000-0x17ff so i copied the redhad config.opts to debiand and started it and it stared beutifully.
