G'Day ! I just upgraded my kernel to 2.2.17 and in the process broke something.
I have a PCMCIA ethernet (eth0) card and a PCMCIA serial modem (ppp0). Majority of the time, I'm disconnected. (using only loopback) I have setup all my networking stuff like I did for my desktops (kernel verson 2.0.36), and as recommended by the Net-HOWTO. Should I do something special for PCMCIA ? cheers, Jim Parker Sailboat racing is not a matter of life and death .... It is far more important than that !!!
