yep. one note make sure that the 'boot' flag is set on the partition with the suspend to disk file/partition or the thinkpad won't recognise it and none of the apm stuff will work. there's a little more info on my thinkpad page. http://www.spack.org/geek/thinkpad-390.html adam.
