Thanks, but it is not there.  I found out what the soundcard is though.  I
also tried to install mandrake to see if maybe it would auto detect it, but
no.  This seems to be a case of "comcrap strikes again" :(

For the record, it is a CONEXANT (vendor id 14f1) device id 1803 (rev03).
