Yep, I see it on my Inspiron 4150 with 2.6.10. I haven't tried anything else in the 2.6 series, but the 2.4 series works fine. For some reason, none of the apm resume scripts get run. I've also had trouble with my keyboard using 2.6.10. I posted to linux-dell-laptops about this, but didn't generate much discussion.
