Hi, again with much help from Linux people I can announce a new issue of the Linux-Laptop-HOWTO. I'm glad that it has found its way into the LINUX DOCUMENTATION PROJECT - LDP finally.
v1.7 28 September 1999 Changes include better format of URL tags in text version, a separated chapter about ACPI, an improved chapter about pointing devices, a rewrite of the preface, information about divine, noflushd and parted, a new chapter about Linux Tools to Repartition a Hard Disk and the addition of appendix E about Specific Laptops, updated URLs and minor changes. I didn't have time to include all recommendations I have got, but a next issue will follow.
