Hi all,
running debian on Dell Latitude C610 and got ACPI working, its all good ecept for one thing, when i go into standby the screen does not turn off, it just stays on with the text "stopped processes |====================================...."
the computer does go into standby (i cant use the PC before i bring it out) but the screen stays on, and i cant turn it off. What can i do to fix this? i want the screen to turn off when the computer goes into standby.
Note that with suspend, the screen does turn off, so its just with standby (and yes, the first few times i did it the screen did turn off when it went into standby)
