When I try to hotsync, I get the message, "The connection between your handheld computer and the desktop could not be established. PLease check yours etup and try again."
I have checked the setup and it seems to be correct. Both my husband and I hotsync. He has a Tungsten T3 and I have a Visor Platinum.
What should I do?
