The 2.6.3 kernel currently in testing, ie.
        http://packages.debian.org/testing/base/kernel-image-2.6.3-1-686
supports acpi.

I have the following questions about this support:

Is it acpi support native to 2.6.3, or does i come from patches
 applied from the ACPI4Linux project?

Does this acpi support contain swsup kernel patches for handing
 hibernate/suspend-to-disk?

Or does this acpi support contain some other code for handling
 hibernate?

Or is there no hibernate support at all in this kernel?

Ie. will I have to build my own kernel if I wish for hibernate to work
on my Dell Latitude D600 (BIOS version A09)?

Thanx!
