My sound card is my problem now!!!! ;-)
lspci gives to me : - Multimedia audio controller: Yamaha
Corporation YMF-754 [DS-1E Audio
Controller]
- I tried run alsaconf. - In alsaconf I selected my sound card
(0x37 YAMAHA_YMFXX), and pressed OK. - "Card identifier : CARD_0" (then OK).
- "No_more_cards" - (then OK)
- Do you want to modify
/etc/alsa/modutils/0.5? - (then YES)
what about trying current alsa drivers ? afaik the drivers in woody are 0.9 while the ones I currently use are 1.0.2rc2c (from http://www.alsa-project.org/ )
maybe worth trying..
