Thanks for the info Werner, unfortunately it doesn't seem to have helped. I read somewhere else about making sure that all the settings in Windows were turned off (set to never) so I will try that. I have some other M700 questions though:
I am trying to get S1 working with ACPI and I can get it to suspend, but not come back. I believe I need a script for the sleep button. Any idea where I can get this, or what the script should do. I can write the script, but what command is used to resume? Do I need to fix the DSDT? When you say custom 2.6 I assume you mean that you compiled it yourself. Any tips on config settings?
