Hi everybody, ^^^^^^^^^^^^^ I have a problem with my notebook (UMAX AtctionBook 570T). It is based on SiS630 chipset with PentiumIII 1200 MHz processor. When I try to shutdown the machine, everything is good, but at the end I get only message "Power down", but power does not switch off. About 3 months everything was O.K. and power off worked well, but now it doesn't work because of some reason. I'd be pleased for any suggestions or any help.

I use 2.4.22 kernel with ACPI patch 20031002 (2003-11-21) (compiled with
gcc-3.3 and gcc-3.2 - I tried both possibilities) on Debian Sid
regularly upgraded.
