Acer TM 242LC freeze on booting kernel 2.4.22

HEllo list,

   i have a new laptop travelmate 242LC. the laptop freeze on booting
kenel.

   the laptop dont freeze with 2.2 kernel that Debian install by
default. but with 2.4.22 yes...

   i try with kernel parameters pci=acpi noapic,
   i try with change the microprocessor on kenel configurator
   i try with apply the kernel patch of Alan Cox
   i try with apply the patch of ACPI
   

Anyone can help me.
