hi, Finally I put the following line into /etc/hotplug/usb.usermap
wlan 0x0003 0x2c02 0x14ea 0x0000 0x0000 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00000000 and write a script (/etc/hotplug/usb/wlan) to let it call "ifup wlan0", then it work!
