Boot RH and mount the debian partition somewhere. Then copy the
kernel to /boot/vmlinuz-Debian. Then change this line in lilo.conf:
image=/boot/vmlinuz-Debian and rerun lilo from RH.

To add RH to Debian's lilo do the same. Copy the RH kernel to
Debian's partition in /boot/vmlinuz-RedHat, change the lilo.conf
and rerun lilo.

If your /boot is a separate partition is even better, since you need not
to have it twice.
