hi to everyone is the first time that i wrote to this mail ,so forgiveme if the problem could be repeted anotheer time. I've got an extensa 390 acer with 64mb ram and a pcmcia networkcard 3ccfe575bt. I'm not able to run the card,doing ping i've got all the pockets lost at the cross cable.To resolve the problem itried to read the PCMCIA HOWTO but nothing happend ;i've tried to run the card under a kernel 2.4bf18 and a 2.2.20 ,still doesn't work the driver that i need for that card is the 3c59x.c I downloaded the source and compiled that but wasn't able doing to the incongruence between directories and headers,so i quited. In the normal way i do cd /lib/modules/2.2.20-idepci/pcmcia #ls #modprobe 3c575_cb #/etc/init.d/pcmcia/ restart #sometimes it says the card is busy ,busy about what?? #others time the lamp card sign on 100MB ,doing ping i see all the pochets are lost. under /usr/src/ i have kernel-header-2.2.20-idepci kernel-source-2.2.20 Is there anybody who can helpme to work that card Thank in advance
