I've cisco aironet 350 series witch is not exactly the same card you own. Nevertheless, it may be close hardware. With my card,I need to run an utility named <<bcard>> in order to recognize properly the card. You may find info on the cisco web site. Another point to discuss with your sysop is the LEAP encryption protocol. If you use it, you probably need to run leapset to be correctly authenticated. Poor info, but hope this help.
