I have a 340S2 laptop (from DigitalStar Computers, although from what I can gather it is a generic manufactured by a CastleInc Technology). It seems to work just fine with Mandrake, but refuses to work with debian. Of course, I don't just give up like that on my favourite distro (Debian, of course!! :))).
My Q is, has anyone set a similar laptop up? Or will I have to wait until XFree86 4.2 comes (that seems to be the only difference between the Mandrake and Debian one...)
