just wondering what people's experience are with respect to getting the cdrom (optical) drive to work. Any special things I need to look for? how do I tell the exact model. What driver do I need? I am trying to get the owner to recall this information but perhaps the model is that is well-known to people on this list. Thanks for your patience.
