Ah, I checked up on lists.debian.org and it didn't have my posts archived (I believe they are too recent). :-) Thank you for the suggestion. The archived posts I lost which I am in reference to is the slackware mailing list suggested by someone (RE: APM) and the debian question about PCMCIA wireless configuration files. It seems I need to redefine the module used by my avaya card in order for it to be recognized correctly when I put it in. Unfortunately, a search for my name in the archives yielded nothing, so I need to repost. I'm very sorry for the inconvenient need to have information told to me twice. :-)
