I have been trialling a Cisco Aironet 350 and it seems to work fine. 
Had a bit of trouble learning how to set it up (never had looked at
wireless OR pcmcia so maybe not much of a surprise).

If you go with it I can provide some info on setting it up.

Now it's setup I have full hot PnP and it rocks!
