Hey all,
I have an avaya wireless ethernet card I've been looking to Make Go in
Linux.
I have compiled EVERYTHING into the kernel, and it's still a no go.
I added to /etc/pcmcia/config:
card "Avaya Communications"
manfid 0x0156, 0x0002
bind "wvlan_cs"
The card says LUCENT PC24E-H-FC on the back. You'd think it would work with
either wavelan_cs or wvlan_cs but no dice. Anyone gotten this card to work?
The only thing I could think of is that card cant' just be a string, it
needs to be something specific. OTher then that, the manfid is copied
verbatum from cardctl ident. Any help is greatly appriciated as classes
start monday. :-]
