This is what I thought I was supposed to do:
apt-get update
apt-get dist-upgrade
apt-get upgrade (eventually)
But this may not be the best method.
I have to run apt-get dist-upgrade > 8 times before it's done.

Others are saying that by running apt-get upgrade first, they only have 
to dist-upgrade 1-2 times.

I know mine worked, eventually, and I can set it to loop forever if I 
need to.  But I'm just not clear.
