Just my $0.02...
I have an AST Ascentia P Series, Pentium 150MMX, 32M Ram, 2g HDD, switchable
floppy/cdrom modules, pcmcia, yatta yatta...
It runs Potato quite well, X works nice with 800x600 16bit, has active matrix
screen AFAIK, sound works, and I
have a Linksys 10/100 + 56 combo card that works well (the internal modem on this
model is most likely a WinModem yechhhh I just avoided it).
