I am in the middle of setting up a Tecra 8100 right now.
The sound and X are in need of tweaking. I can get X using
Frame buffering (and adding vga=791 to /etc/lilo.conf). There
are some keyboard lock up issues that I have seen potential
fixes for, and the keyboard is also a bit sensitive. there is a custom
SVGA server you can get from http://www.probo.com/timr/savagemx.html
that I have yet to get to work. I believe there is also a driver on
www.s3p.co.uk.
Oh - you should be using X 3.3.6 (not 4 or 3.3.5).
