Hi pt l10n maintainers! While the apt-all.pot originated pt.po file (= program translation) received an update by Miguel to make it complete (thanks!). The stats for the manpage translation remained the same: > The later as a translated per manpage statistic: > apt-get.pt.8.xml: 54 of 68 strings; 79.41% translated > apt-cache.pt.8.xml: 49 of 65 strings; 75.38% translated > apt-key.pt.8.xml: 23 of 27 strings; 85.18% translated > apt-mark.pt.8.xml: 11 of 19 strings; 57.89% translated > apt-secure.pt.8.xml: 27 of 31 strings; 87.09% translated > apt-config.pt.8.xml: 15 of 19 strings; 78.94% translated > apt.conf.pt.5.xml: 104 of 153 strings; 67.97% translated > apt_preferences.pt.5.xml: 114 of 128 strings; 89.06% translated > sources.list.pt.5.xml: 31 of 50 strings; 62% translated > apt-sortpkgs.pt.1.xml: 11 of 12 strings; 91.66% translated > apt-ftparchive.pt.1.xml: 98 of 105 strings; 93.33% translated The threshold for shipping manpages is currently 80% meaning that 5 manpages make it, which is good, but it means also that e.g. the translation of the apt-get manpage misses inclusion only by 0.59%! As you can see, even a partial update with just one more translated string could make a difference, so I figured I should nag you again to check if maybe someone is willing to give it a spin now (also to possibly free me from the burden to choose a lower threshold value X …). :) You can find the pt.po still here: > pt.po: http://anonscm.debian.org/loggerhead/apt/debian-sid/files/head:/doc/po/ > > If you prefer I can sent these files directly to you of course, > I am just trying to avoid that this mail is eaten by some sort of > protection layer because of it's (then relatively enormous) size. We have no ETA for the next upload of APT (for wheezy) just yet, but it would be great if you could drop us a line until 07. Sep in case you are interested so we can include you in our plans. (e.g. just cc me in your intend message to this mailinglist) Thanks for your work and best regards, David Kalnischkies P.S.: The pt_BR message back then was sent to the same list. We got no response for this one (especially not for the program translations), so if someone is interested in that task, feel free to raise a hand for this. :) -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-l10n-portuguese-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
