Hello Lucien,
a few days ago you commited the French translation for sftp.1. Thank
you very much for this addition.

However, the file heading is strange and I fail to understand the
copyright.

The header reads:
(1) # French translations for section package
(2) # Traductions françaises du paquet section
(3) # Copyright (C) 2024 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
(4) # This file is distributed under the same license as the section package.
(5) # Lucien Gentis <lucien.gen...@waika9.com>, 2024.
(6) #
(7) msgid ""
(8) msgstr ""
(9) "Project-Id-Version: section 1\n"
…
(A) "Language-Team: French <tra...@traduc.org>\n"

I added line numbers for reasier reference.

First, which copyright are you using? I don't know about a "section
package", unfortunately. [ lines 1,2,4 and 9 ]
(If possible, use the copyright from manpages-l10n proper.)

Secondly, why do use a different language team for this file? [ line A ]

Finally, the heading is not following the usual style, which breaks
scripts. Is it ok, if you (or I) rewrite it as follows, pending the
copyright question, of course:

# French translation of manpages
# This file is distributed under the same license as the manpages-l10n package.
# Copyright © of this file:
# Lucien Gentis <lucien.gen...@waika9.com>, 2024.

Thanks for the clarification!

Greetings
