To be honest, it may not be worth a huge amount of effort in this case. This code will be moving to libpipeline from man-db 2.5.9 onwards anyway, and it didn't seem worth the build system effort to include internationalisation in libpipeline purely for the sake of what are essentially developer-oriented debugging messages.
