Je pense qu'un petit bug s'est produit avec la détection des traductions incomplètes car po://pppconfig/fr.po me semble toujours traduit à 100%. Au passage, dans quel paquet se trouve man://pppconfig/fr.po ? Je ne le vois plus dans manpages-fr*.
