Do you have a diff of the changes in the templates file? If the change is likely to no affect translations, feel free to send me a tarball of debian/ on your package and I'll unfuzzy the PO files. The process for doing this is detailed in the Developer's Reference by the way, in the section explaining good practices with debconf templates. Anyway, attached is an unfuzzied French translation. No change except an added underscore in an option name and "2,5 minutes" added somewhere...and of course removal of the fuzzy markers. I kept Stevce's name in the Last-Translator field as my changes were minor. Frankly speaking, I really don't see why some strings ended up fuzzied as, abviously no change happened in them. You must have inadvertently edited the templates file while fixing your RC bug.
