Abstract
This specification defines the syntax and semantics of XTD, which can
represent dictionary data of words used for translation. It also
defines the xtd scheme of the URI.
The tradic project is developing a translation framework and XTD is a
part of the framework. The framework makes the translation work more
efficiently by sharing the knowledges beyond a single translation
organization or project. XTD is designed to be able to build the
lexicons of terms and share them with multiple translation projects
as well as the team members in a project.
