Than the l10n team should simply provide those information.
They are not transparent enough about how and if the team works.
The impression from outside is that the team is inactive.
I was discussing team and maintainer related stuff at the mailing list
without any response.
Even the topic package removal, which is imho a big thing, got no
reaction. No response, no team.
Despite the package thing, there is also the ongoing spam problem on the
mailing list.
In the end it does not matter why the list is not managed and moderated
anymore.
The fact is it isn't. So consequences should be taken to prevent harm to
the project Debian GNU/Linux.
I don't blame no one if they are not able or willing to invest their
private spare time into something.
