which I have of stretch state -- so will upgrade now $> acpolicy libatspi2.0-0 libatspi2.0-0: Installed: 2.18.0-1 Candidate: 2.18.0-1 Version table: 2.18.1-1 0 600 http://http.debian.net/debian/ sid/main amd64 Packages *** 2.18.0-1 0 900 http://http.debian.net/debian/ stretch/main amd64 Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status That in turn resulted in resetting the resolution (I am scared to try to reset it back atm ;) ) upgraded the library and will reboot to see/report if Ctrl-Win-c in evince keeps crashing gnome-shell.
