I'm not using dm-crypt on that system, though that's disturbing news for the systems I have that *are* running dm-crypt. However, Henrique de Moraes Holschuh identified a highly likely culprit for the corruption I encountered: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=98501 , which affects mdraid on RAID0 with discard enabled. So, in addition to the patch mentioned when opening this bug, could the Debian kernel also include this patch, please?
