I intend to upload linux version 3.16.7-ckt3-1 to unstable early this week.
This will include: - Many fixes from stable release 3.16.7-ckt3 - New hardware support: improved arm64 on EFI, NCT6683 hardware monitor, Acer C720 Chromebook, ASUS X205TA keyboard, amd64 on 32-bit EFI (for Bay Trail systems), OMAP5432 uEVM, LinkSprite pcDuino V3 - Security fixes: CVE-2014-8133, CVE-2014-8134, CVE-2014-9419, CVE-2014-9420, CVE-2014-9428, CVE-2014-9529, CVE-2014-9584 - Some features disabled on armel flavours where the kernel image is installed in a fixed size partition. This is being done now because we expect security fixes to increase the kernel image size slightly during the lifetime of a stable release. The changes should allow for growth by 1%.
