I just had this problem with a Windows 2012 R2 domu with GPLPV drivers from http://www.ejbdigital.com.au/1-0-1105/.
dom0 has the message: [ 324.272925] vif vif-5-0: 22 feature-rx-notify is mandatory domu obviously has nothing helpful to say ;-) With your newly built kernel, everything seems to be fine. Cheers!
