Also correct, I just didn't know offhand whether there was a way to assign to a source package via control. Guess it's time to find out. In a sense _all_ bugs, except perhaps binNMU requests, are on source packages. So it strikes me as kinda odd that the BTS and associated infrastructure mostly encourage per-binary-package thinking.
