Hi, this looks like what I reported in "[wheezy][linux-3.2.60] Booting from a Debian system on an external USB-3.0 hdd hangs" (see [1]).
Unfortunately, there is no newer 3.2.y kernel for wheezy available [2]. Henrik, did you try a Linux-kernel >= 3.2.61 (self-compiled)? Thanks.
