I do not think linux-rt people are interested in finding a bug which was already fixed more than a year ago. linux-image-3.6-trunk-rt-686-pae version 3.6.9-1~experimental.1 and all newer rt kernels including the latest 3.12-0.bpo.1-rt-686-pae (3.12.9-1~bpo70+1) boot properly.
