More informations:
 - removal of  'xtables-addons-dkms' doesn't help
 - downgrade to kernel linux-image-3.11-0.bpo.2-amd64 doesn't help
 - with kernel: linux-image-3.9-1-amd64 everything works well even with
xtables-addons-dksm (TARPIT)
 - I found that problem is related to torrent traffic routed by my
Debian box.
   My LAN network  looks like:

    ISP <==> eth0 [DEBIAN] eth1 <==> switch 100Mb <==> Zyxell NSA310

    Transmission torrent client is running on Zyxell NSA310 and it is
seeding with limited speed (15kB/s).
    Reproducibility highly depends on connected peers (it is only my
assumption). Some days everythink works ok, some days I have kernel
panic every 5 minutes.

I will try to catch full kernel oop messag with serial console connected
or provide kdump.
