Package: firmware-iwlwifi Version: 0.40 Hi
I downloaded the unstable firmware as I saw it had the firmware I needed for my new laptop and copied the file into the right place. Not a normal install... I'm running testing. The firmware is too old even for testing. Sadly the firmware doesn't work well at all, regular disconnects and lots of errors in the kernel log.
