Patch to add tv tuner support for Iconbit U100 FM usb analog tv stick card types (ID 1f4d:0237 G-Tek Electronics Group) in the kernel version 3.11, specifically my device is a Mygica u719c and maybe works MSI digivox mini II. I get the values for the important initialization variables in the CxPlrCap.inf file include in the microsoft drivers provided by vendor and usb sniffer.
