Hi Sebastian/Holger, according to the upstream bug https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16140 this should have been fixed with http://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=45171002b01b2e2ec4f991eca81ffd8430fd0aec This fix was merged into 3.2.35 and is thus part of the Wheezy kernel.
