Thanks. Please try to reproduce it in recovery mode --- in that mode there is no display manager. If you can reproduce the hang with a 3.7.x or newer kernel from experimental, that would be best since then we can get help from upstream. You can also get some information about wifi events by running "iw event -t" with output redirected to a file and examining that file after rebooting.
