This shows some warnings about a USB 3 device, and failure to recognise the sound device configuration. I wouldn't expect these to be related to the failure to boot. So I think we also need a log from a failing boot. Please use a digital camera, serial console or netconsole to record the boot messages. You can use the kernel parameter 'boot_delay=1000' to slow down the boot messages.
