To clarify, am I correct in assuming that adding ohci_hcd to the SLEEP_MODULES= line in /etc/pm/config.d/modules avoids trouble? Please attach full "dmesg" output from booting and reproducing the problem. If you get a chance to try 3.4.y from experimental, that would be interesting, too.
