As you may know, EDAC is not required for ECC. It does improve error reporting and helps you to identify faulty modules. > Just set CONFIG_EDAC_SBRIDGE=m in the .config The driver is marked as experimental and there are several important bug fixes post-3.2. If we enable it, we also need to apply those bug fixes and possibly others.
