FWIW I am using the exact same card in an X301 with 8 GB memory and have
never seen any such problems. Don't think a RAM upgrade can have any
impact, except maybe by causing the card to move in its slot. I assume
that the memory slots and mini-pcie slots are behind the same cover in
the X201 as well? Replugging it seems like a good idea...
