Unfortunately it didn't help. I blacklisted the hp_wmi driver, and reboot. Now I don't have bluetooth (as a matter of fact it hadn't worked either before - only in windows) and rfkill list shows only the phy0 interface - still hard blocked. The wifi switch on the keyboard still does not do anything.
